Shipping Policy
Lead time on commissioned pieces. Each piece is made to order. Standard lead time is three to four weeks from approved proof to your door. Larger commissions and complex inlay work may take longer; we'll tell you the timeline before any work begins.
Studio Collection pieces. Ready-made pieces from the Studio Collection ship within three business days of order.
Where we ship. We ship to the continental United States via UPS or FedEx Ground. Each piece is packed by hand in the studio.
Larger commissions. Pieces over 36 inches or weighing more than 30 pounds may ship via freight; we'll provide a quote at the time of proof approval.
Tracking. Once your piece ships, we'll send tracking by email.
Insurance. Every shipment is insured for the full value of the piece. If anything arrives damaged, take photographs and contact us within 48 hours — we'll make it right.
