We use the official governing documents for each branch of service specific medal and ribbon placement. Nothing is cut until you say it is right. Corrections before approval cost nothing and there is no limit on them.

Carved. The star, the seal, the lettering and the insignia are cut into solid hardwood and stand in real relief. Nothing is printed, sublimated or applied to the surface. That is the difference you feel when you pick the piece up.

A clear photo of the badge, crest or insignia, the department or unit name, the rank, and any numbers, dates or mottos you want carved. If you are unsure, send what you have and we will tell you what is missing.

Shadow boxes are three to four weeks from approved proof to your door. Give us the ceremony date at order and we build against it. The date is locked in when you order, not estimated afterward. All other pieces are made to order, but typically have a shorter completion time. If you need it by a specific date, please tell us.

UPS or FedEx anywhere in the continental United States, fully insured. If a piece arrives damaged, photograph it within 48 hours and we repair or replace it at our cost.

Yes. Every piece is built from the actual insignia you send us. The star, the seal, the county, the unit number. Military, law enforcement, fire and EMS. If you have the artwork or a clear photo, we can carve it.
