Refund policy

Commissioned pieces. Because each commissioned piece is built once, for one buyer, all sales of commissioned work are final after proof approval. You may cancel a commission at any point before proof approval without charge. Once you've approved the proof and we've begun cutting wood, the piece is yours.

Studio Collection pieces. Ready-made pieces from the Studio Collection may be returned within 5 days of delivery for a full refund, less return shipping. Pieces must be returned in original condition.

Damages in transit. Every piece is shipped insured. If something arrives damaged, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours. We'll repair or replace, at our cost.
